In the second step, 1 mmol of synthesized 2-aminooxadiazolewere refluxed with different substituted isatin in methanol in the presenceof few drops of glacial acetic acid for 3hrs. Reaction completionwas monitored through TLC. After completion of reaction, reactionmixture was washed with chloroform/hexane to obtained desired differentisatin based oxadiazole.
